How to target pre-owned car buyers and enable their decision making process in the purchase of their dream car through a digital platform?
Client Vision & Objective
To develop a ‘Used car sales portal’ that will provide the customers with a one-stop solution when it comes to purchase, sale, financing, valuation, insurance, testing, registration etc. of used cars in UAE. Through online sales it was expected to reach a wider network of customers thereby improving their market share, brand image, brand value and trust.
Client Requirement
The client requirement was to build a B2C portal with the following key components;
1. An Admin portal where all the data will be managed. This portal will be a web application only in order to ensure the maximum security of the application.
2. The Consumer portal where buyers and sellers will be able to perform their respective actions. This portal will have both mobile and desktop applications.
Product Design & Development

Outcome
The design and the features of the portal was well accepted by the users. The goal was to create a user-friendly portal that provides the customers with a seamless use of the various features thereby improving the visibility, reach and brand value of the client. The objective to build a navigable, business focused website was well achieved.
